To enroll:

1. Select the ES&P location into which you would like to enroll.

2. You will be directed to Procare, our software company.

3. Enter your email address and select GO.

4. Enter the confirmation sent to your email and select GO.

5. Complete the requested information and submit.

6. You will receive confirmation emails from Procare and ES&P within 3-5 business days.

7. ES&P's confirmation email will include instructions on how to pay your registration fee, which secures your place on our waiting list.
